Through Junior Glassblowing Summer Camp, we will be exploring the art of flameworking.
Flameworking is a type of glass blowing where a torch or is used to melt the glass. Once in a molten state, the glass is formed by blowing and shaping with tools and hand movements.
Your artistic teen can enjoy finding the glass artist within and will experience flameworking beads, marbles, pendants, sculpture, and much more.
Send them to us for one week or all summer long. Extension weeks will be filled with learning new techniques and developing their skills further.
This is a day camp.
Every day after this summer camp ends, we will be having Junior Glass Fusing Summer Camp. Consider having your teen spend all day with us taking both summer camps together. Also see Junior Survival Skills Summer Camp.

Each Weeks Experience is:
- Group studio sessions - 3 Sessions (4 hours each).
- Plenty of one-on-one and group tutoring.
- Planned projects.
- Basic glass materials.
- Tons of inspiration.
- Finished artwork to take home.
Additional expenses are optional.
You may want your teen to have their own safety glasses, study guide, text textbook, special set of tools, sample sets of colored glass, tee-shirts, and parents can surprise the teens with pizza parties.
